Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

These terms govern the use of Griot, a content generation and scheduling service published by CREATECH+. By creating an account, you agree to them.

1. The Service

Griot generates content proposals — text, and visuals when this option is enabled — based on the brand guidelines you describe (tone, topics, editorial pillars).

It also lets you schedule the publication of this content and receive reminders on the planned dates.

In this first version, Griot never publishes automatically to your social networks: publishing remains entirely under your control.

2. Account and Workspace

Access to Griot requires creating an account, linked to a unique email address.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

Your workspace data — brands, content, contacts — remains strictly private and isolated: it is never accessible to other users of the service.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

Each piece of content delivered by Griot consumes one credit.

Credits included in a subscription expire at the end of the billing period, while credits purchased as a pack do not expire.

If a generation fails for a technical reason, the corresponding credit is automatically refunded.

The prices displayed at the time of your order, in FCFA or in the local currency applicable to your country, are binding and apply to the transaction.

4. Mobile Money Payment

Payments are made via Orange Money or MTN Mobile Money, through our payment provider NeoPay.

When your subscription renewal is manual, you receive reminders before the due date, followed by a grace period in case of delay.

If no payment is made by the end of this period, your account automatically reverts to the free plan, without loss of your data: your existing brands and content remain intact and accessible.

5. AI-Generated Content — Ownership

Subject to payment of the corresponding credits, the content generated for your brand is assigned to you, and you may make any commercial use of it related to your business.

Griot claims no editorial ownership over this content once it has been delivered to you.

6. AI-Generated Content — Responsibility

Like any artificial intelligence system, Griot may produce inaccuracies or approximations. It is your responsibility to review and validate each piece of content before publishing it.

You remain solely responsible for the content you publish, including its compliance with the rules of the third-party platforms on which you distribute it and with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

7. AI-Generated Images

Image generation is an optional feature that you can enable or disable independently for each brand.

Visuals are produced by third-party AI providers.

Your logo is never modified, redrawn, or altered by AI: it can only be affixed as-is on the generated visuals, without any retouching.

You warrant that you hold the rights to the elements you provide to Griot, including your logo and the text you submit.

8. Prohibited Uses

It is prohibited to use Griot to generate or distribute unlawful, misleading, or hateful content, or content infringing the rights of third parties.

It is also prohibited to attempt to extract the service's internal instructions or prompts.

It is also prohibited to circumvent its technical limits (quotas, rate limits, security measures).

It is also prohibited to resell access to the service without our prior written consent.

9. Availability

Griot is provided "as is," with reasonable availability objectives, without any guarantee of uninterrupted operation.

Usage limits, such as quotas or rate limits, are applied to protect the stability of the platform for all users.

Planned maintenance is notified to you in advance whenever possible.

10. Termination

You may stop using Griot at any time, without formality.

On our side, we may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, following prior notice, except in urgent cases justifying immediate suspension.

Pack credits already acquired remain usable during the grace period preceding, where applicable, the closure of the account.

11. Changes

These terms of service may evolve.

Any material change is notified to you in the application or by email at least 15 days before it takes effect, so that you have time to review it and, if applicable, to object to it.

12. Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution is submitted, after an attempt at amicable resolution, to the competent courts of Douala.

For any question, you may contact us at the support address indicated in the application.
